Let Jana Tell It
It’s been said that Jana L. Henry always has a story to tell, so join her for weekly story time as she invites you along to her adventures in love, times she couldn’t laugh in the moment but can laugh now and even the times she’ll admit she may have been dramatic. In each episode she shares about her life mostly, and maybe a few stories from other people’s lives, that are too good not to tell. Let Jana Tell It is a fun look at life’s journey, the missteps, the victories, and the utterly ridiculous.

Sometimes teachers need a break so they won’t throw papers at kids. When you work a job and they give you PTO just know you don’t have to be sick in order to use it. You could just be sick of coming into work and that’s a normal feeling…Just don’t say it like that to your boss.

Jana L. Henry
Jana L. Henry is a writer and storyteller who hails from the Midwest and is now based in Philadelphia.
Growing up Jana has very fond memories of sitting at her grandmother's dining room table listening to her tell all the stories from her childhood, to Jana’s childhood, and everything in between. It was at this same table Jana learned to read which at the time felt like a chore, but in time reading became her rest. She also learned how much she hated the tedious writing process when she was made to write an essay because she had said she was bored. It was the joy that remained when her writing task had been completed and she expressed herself in the way she wanted her “bored” story to be told. It is that same joy that she believes that has pushed her when it comes to writing. “I’m grateful for these moments and experiences where I found my passion and grew to love the ways in which we are able to tell and share our stories. My life’s passion is to create stories that stay with you.”
